Objectives of the Cell :

• The committee encourages students to participate in sports and fitness activities.
• To promote awareness about sporting facilities and achievements within the college.
• To establish NCC, NSS within our college campus.
• The committee aim to cultivate an interest in sports and games among students, making the most of their leisure time.
• The committee may responsible for budgeting funds for organizing sports events.
• The committee should identify the players and encourage them to participate in State Level, District Level, National Level Competitions.
• To conduct a Sport event with the Sponsorship of TNMGRMU.
• To promote a healthy lifestyle through participation in sports.
• To identify and utilize the expertise of resource persons to train students in various sports.
• To organize intra-mural sports and athletic competitions, as well as tournaments for students and staff.
• To create a sports calendar and an action plan to implement it.
• To ensure that sports events within the college are conducted smoothly.
• To coordinate with the principal to obtain permission to hold sports events on campus.
• To maintain records of sports events attended by students within the college, university, and outside the region.
• The committee may responsible for establishing and maintaining adequate facilities for sports.
• To help maintain discipline during college-organized programs and address misconduct.
• To coordinate with the Physical Education department and other relevant departments to promote sports activities.
• To may represent the college in inter-college sports and other events.
