An Event Committee’s primary role is to foster a rich and inclusive cultural environment, typically within our educational institution, by organizing and promoting cultural events and activities.
This involves planning and scheduling cultural events, Annual day celebration, festivals celebration, Founder’s Day celebration and competitions throughout the academic.
Preparing and managing budgets for events, seeking approval from relevant authorities, and ensuring responsible spending.
Promoting student participation in events, encouraging talent development, and fostering a sense of community.
Celebrating cultural diversity, organizing programs that bridge ethnic and class differences, and promoting understanding between different groups.
Working with other committees and departments, such as sports, social welfare, and technical committees, to organize joint events and enhance the overall experience.
Providing opportunities for students to showcase their talents through workshops, training sessions, and cultural performances.
Maintaining records of Event activities, Event reports, and Student participation.
Organizing programs and events to preserve and transmit cultural values and history.
Promoting a sense of civic responsibility and encouraging students to uphold the values enshrined in the Constitution.
Providing a platform for students to learn about different cultures and traditions through educational activities and cultural events.
